Seamless Wi-Fi, Inc. started in 1999 as a high tech company publicly traded on the OTC Bulletin Board. The Company is a Las Vegas-based Internet business that develops cutting edge technologies to create and provide new and innovative products and services for both businesses and consumers. New and innovative Seamless products and services will provide economical, enhanced, simplified, and secure mobile communications.
Seamless Wi-Fi, Inc has three operating subsidiaries:
1) Seamless Skyy-Fi, Inc. (since June 2004) developed and sells S-SIB™ (Secure Internet Browsing) to business and consumer markets. Offers Wi-Fi Hotspot access integration to the hotel, retail and municipal markets.
2) Seamless Peer 2 Peer, Inc. (since January 2005) develops and provides a patent pending software program called PhenomR that encrypts Internet communications and provides flexible telecom data and voice transport solutions, including its Freek2Freek social network.
3) Seamless Internet, Inc. (established November 2005) as developed and sells the S-GEN™ an Ultra Mobile PC, GPS and Communications Device Provides secure hosting services for Seamless clients.
The Seamless mission is to establish the Company as a major service provider of Wireless Internet (WISP) by offering a secure high quality Wi-Fi (Wireless Fidelity) service for use by the public and private sector. New and innovative Seamless products and ervices will provide economical, enhanced, simplified, and secure mobile communications.
The key part of Seamless Wi-Fi's marketing campaign is to utilize on-line services, web site placement and advertising networks, as well as traditional off-line media such as radio and direct mail print to convey to the business owner/operator and the consumer the services we offer. We also plan to use direct telemarketing and facsimile services to inform the business owner/operator and consumer of our services.

Albert Reda
President and CEO, Seamless Corporation
Mr. Reda is currently the President and CEO of Seamless Corp. and has been with the company since November 1988. From 1996 to 1998, he was employed with CRT Corporation as Vice President in charge of production for manufacturing frozen food products. For the period of 1994 to 1995, Mr. Reda was self-employed in the financial lending area buying and selling loans between individuals and institutions. Mr. Reda received his Bachelor of Science Degree from California State University, Long Beach, with a major in engineering.
Chris Akins
President Seamless TEKLABS Inc.
Attended Southern College of Technology (SCT) pursuing a degree in Computer Science. Hired by Crawford Communications to develop multimedia computer based training courses (CBTs). Worked for Pettus Media & Design managing a programming team. As lead programmer he designed and implemented multimedia applications from CBTs for companies like Chrysler automotive, Georgia Power, and the Department of Defense to entertainment applications for customers such as the American Bible society. In 1999 he moved to California and was approached by Internet 2xtreme to do web design and database programming. After a year he moved into system administration and network deployment. Through a series of mergers he moved up to the new parent company (SMWF) where he was responsible for system administration for a northern California ISP. Later his responsibilities expanded to include the system administration & network design for a tri-state ISP as well as a multi-city public access wireless network. Today his responsibilities range from traditional system administration and network design to project management of software development teams working on projects for SMWF.
John Domerego
President, Seamless TEK WARE, Inc.
Prior to taking his current position as President of the Seamless Tek Ware, Inc. subsidiary. Mr. Domerego was involved in the development, designing, engineering and erection of congeneration and power, generating facilities both as an employee of Raytheon Engineering and self-employed as an associate of Malcom Jones Associates, an engineering company, where he managed multi-million dollar projects from conception to completion. Mr. Domerego also has 20 years experience in the Pulp and Paper industry, where he was employed and performed as chief engineer, and eventually, as general manager. He was responsible for all facets of the industry involving the successful operation of paper mills and facilities. Mr. Domerego has a bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Harry Choi
Vice President of International Sales
Mr. Choi has extensive experience in the selling and import/export of new technologies and materials throughout the world. He has formed several successful international trade organizations throughout his career, including Sung Bo Industrial CO. Ltd, in 1973 and Tradesmith, Inc. in 1995. Mr. Choi has an economics degree from Han Yang University and served in the Korean Army, rising to the rank of Captain.
Kenneth Reda
Manager, Seamless Sales, LLC
Mr. Reda has 14 years of sales/marketing and executive management experience in the high technology sector. He has a proven tract record building corporate organizations and sales teams for two separate companies and developing sales revenues from the ground up. Currently Mr. Reda is also serving as President Seamless P2P, Inc. His responsibilities include developing sales channels to drive company revenues while making contacts in new markets, developing sales channels, while building a result driven corporate culture.
