He has a successful track record of operations streamlining, maximizing productivity, and directing companies to achieve record profitability through increased efficiency and productivity with state of the art technology. Mr. Ketner is a resourceful decision-maker that combines strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to direct programs throughout the design and manufacturing processes. He has extensive experience and expertise in high tech engineering and manufacturing environments. Mr. Ketner started his career as a Numeric Control programmer at General Dynamics Corp. In 1991, Mr. Ketner embarked on his own as a consultant, and has done contractual consulting work for General Dynamics, Pratt and Whitney, Boeing, Lockheed, Daimler Chrysler, Fiat, Honda Research and Development, Rockwell, Sikorsky Aircraft, Embraer SP, and Dassault/Falcon Jet. Mr. Ketner has traveled extensively and is well versed in conducting business in North and South America.

Mr. Mastoloni has over 16 years of experience consulting companies to achieve their goals in today's high end rendering and computing environments. He has taken companies business ideas and models from initial concepts, to full- scale production and working operations for corporations like Pratt and Whitney, Boeing, General Dynamics, Lockheed, Bell Helicopter and Sikorsky Helicopter. He has experience in all disciplines of corporate operations from small scale to multi-million dollar firms. In 1998, Mr. Mastoloni founded M2 systems, which initially provided services to the Jewelry industry. Mr. Mastoloni diversified M2 systems into a company which touched many different industries such as medical, aerospace, automotive, various manufacturing and design corporations as well as the jewelry industry. Mr. Mastoloni is currently the president of M2 Systems, and has a proven track record of operating all aspects of the daily operations of a sophisticated manufacturing and design company. John Mastoloni graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering in 1990. He has traveled extensively, and is well versed in doing business outside of the U.S.
